Do you ship across all of Pakistan?

Yes! We deliver anywhere in Pakistan via trusted courier partners like BlueEx, PostEx, and Leopards Courier.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 days, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

We’ll send you a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order on our website's tracking page.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 5,000. For smaller orders, standard courier rates may apply.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately via toys365@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92 334 1331960 to update the address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfers, and other online payment methods.

Is there an extra fee for Cash on Delivery?

No, there is no additional charge for choosing COD. However, we may contact you for order verification before shipping.

Can I pay in installments?

Currently, we do not offer installment plans. Full payment must be made at the time of order or upon delivery (for COD).

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery if you receive a wrong or damaged item — but an unboxing video is required.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer pays a Rs. 150 return shipping fee unless the issue was caused by us (e.g., wrong or defective item).

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders) and may take 8–15 business days to process.
